What SOSLY collects

SOSLY collects the name, birth date, email address and question you choose to submit. PayPal processes payment information; SOSLY does not receive or store your full card details.

How information is used

Your information is used to calculate personal numbers, create and deliver your requested answer or report, match a PayPal payment with an order, prevent repeated use of the free offer and provide support.

Services involved

SOSLY uses PayPal for payments, Resend for email delivery, OpenAI for generating personal question responses and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and storage. These services process data according to their own privacy terms.

Storage and sharing

SOSLY does not sell personal information. Information is kept only as needed to deliver the service, maintain order records, prevent abuse and resolve support requests. Private answer and report pages are excluded from search indexing.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@sosly.app. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.

Important note

A birth date and a personal question can be sensitive. Submit only information you are comfortable using for this service.
